Southfork Real Estate, LLC has broken ground on its eagerly anticipated neighborhood in Lambertville, Bedford Township, Michigan.

Your builder is welcome on the limited number of single-family homesites.  The two-family homesites are to be individually designed and custom built by The Berman Building Company of Sylvania, Ohio.  The four-family villas are scheduled to begin construction next year and more details will be announced when available.
