Thank you for visiting the HBA House and Home Show, the Bedford Business Association Trade Fair and the THRA Home and Garden Show; we loved meeting you in person! Spring is definitely just around the corner as evidenced by the overwhelming interest in building a new home in Summerlyn.

In the next few weeks, as Spring arrives, you'll see the Verizon poles along Smith Road repaced by underground cable, the ditch being relocated ten feet further from the road, privacy mounding placed along Smith Road, sidewalks added, natural landscaping installed and entrance signage that will let you know you've arrived HOME.
